As was pointed out previously, some decent 41's would be a good start.

An AoE HoT is a fabulous idea. I can see it being called "Triage."

A combat resurrection ability would be a godsend.

The ability to create uber-bandages the same way Mages can create water & food would be a nice addition, though certaintly not worth 51 points.
