WoW Moviewatch: Solo runs of Ramparts, Blood Furnace, and Mana Tombs

But in this video a Tauren Druid named (perhaps appropriately) Immortal, kills all 3 bosses of Ramparts, all 3 bosses of Blood Furnace, and the 2nd boss of Mana Tombs -- all on his own. Definitely worth a watch!

How did he stealth right past the dogs like that? The dogs should have gotten him right after the 2nd boss but he just passed em up. I can see a rogue using distract to get past em, but this guy just walks on by.

There are two things (without the obvious "WOW i wish i was that leet! or STELTH FTW etc.) that really stand out to me in this video. #1 Its all pretty straight forward. He doesnt use any tricks or gimmicks. He doesnt always stop and fill up on mana and HP before each fight and a few boss fights he actually goes in with half mana. #2 what this means to me is that Druids, givent he right gear, are Amazing. They are so geaer dependent that they dont really take uber skill to do this sort of stuff. With the right gear you become what all warrs want: aTANK that does more DPS than the rest of the group. Pretty bad ass if you ask me!

Wow, when you watch something like that it's kind of a shame I can't make myself play a druid.

I can't watch the vid from work, but nonetheless it sounds cool. I just leveled a druid to 70 and I myself am pretty impressed with what I have been able to solo. I have solo'd the majority of the group quest in NS and wasn't able to do so with my lock at the time. Soloing Cragskaar the other night was pretty cool.

Actually, you can solo Cragskaar on a lock if you go and enslave one of the elite demons at one of the Forge bases nearby. Unless they've nerfed that. Did it a while back.

Man, I wish my warrior could solo the second boss of MT like that. Best way to farm blue gems and GPE's in the fuggin' game

I did a solo Ramparts a while back, the hardest for me was a solo Baron run though.

He has some serious gear. Mangle for 1400 is pretty good for a bear.
