The jokes would end up being at our (the players) expense, as in taking jabs at the stereotypical "hardcore gamer" which in most cases simply isn't true. We're *not* all fat pimply-faced ugly virgins living in our parent's basement who never take a shower and live off fritos and redbull.Yet that of course is how we're portrayed in 99% of references or humor in mainstream media.If some positive references were made towards WoW, instead of the "get a life" jokes that are bound to happen, then I wouldn't mind seeing WoW mentioned more often on tv.
