Reader WoWspace of the Week: Sheepsu

I'm 23 and I just graduated college with a bachelor's in Computer Science. These shots are in my messy basement.
Here's the lowdown:
Mac Pro 2.66ghz Quad Core desktop with an Apple 23" Cinema Display
Macbook Pro 2.4ghz 17"
Pentium 4 home-built machine 2.6ghz
Other essential gadgets include my ipods and my iPhone, my guitars (2 of 7 pictured here), and a bunch of messy wiring which I really need to clean up (see floor).
As for being a mac user (which I'm sure a lot of people will bash), I switched from being a hardcore PC user about 3 years ago and haven't looked back. I still keep the PC around for various things but it hardly gets any use other than network storage.
I also use my computers for home recording, whether its brainstorming new song ideas for my band Soul Lip (www.soullip.com) or just coming up with instrumental music for my own projects.
The thing you see on top of my scrubby PC monitor is a light I got from www.thinkgeek.com a long time ago.
This week's WoWspace definitely has some interesting things in it, between the electric guitars and the neon bar lights next to the couch. (And is that an ICP poster in the distance?) While we've seen musical instruments in WoWspaces before, I think this is the first one that was set up specifically with space for recording music as well as playing WoW.

I can't wait to get my space set up again and submitted. I'm very much looking forward to it.
That being said, this is an awesome userspace. I'm jealous of the 23" Apple Cinema display.

What I hate about these posts, is not the peoples systems, his rig is cool. But why the Guitars? its just like a posing fest.
Others pics from other users have included digital video cams, amps etc.. hell I should set mine up in my car, and have the keyboard resting on my Girlfriend's lap and then see who has the best braging rights! hahaha
Nice system, but the Dimebag Darrel Guitars do nothing for me.

My girlfriend and me bought the new iMac 24" on saturday. This thing is just gorgeous! Lots of space for Photoshop and Illustrator. And WoW of course :-)

I should send my desk too. a wood table with a 30" cinema display (and nothing else on the desk) and a powermac quad G5 under it.
it lacks guitars, huge speakers, ipods, sexy foxy girlfriend on it , couch and Lava Lamp !
maybe it's not that exciting :)

Something I never thought I would see here... O_O Looks like a blown up 'The Ringmaster' or 'The Amazing Jeckle Brothers' CD cover. But the poster lacks hands so I can't tell. :(

Meh. Needs some sort of color on the walls. And the rats's nest of cables...I thought Macs were supposed to be free of superfluous cabling, yet most of them seem to be coming from it and its accessories, not the pc. And why the hell is your switch hanging on the wall the way it is? Was there already a nail there, beckoning you to hang something from it?
And what's with the guitars? Who cares? Not impressed that you own a couple of guitars. How do they make it a WoWSpace? What...so if I set up my drums next to my bland desk, dig all my old computers from the basement and set them on the desk, along with my active computer, and take a pic, I can get it on here? I thought there had to be some sort of imagination involved.
Get paint...some color other than white. Hang up some badass fantasy art. Get the friggin switch off the wall. Clean up the cables. Lose the mullet-metal guitars. Take a new pic and submit it.
And for those of you who will say "why don't take a pic of YOUR setup and send it in..." Well, I won't because it is lame...not as lame as this setup, but lame enough where I don't want people seeing it in its current state.

You'll have to pardon me, but I think it's always interesting to see how other people's WoWspaces are set up. Bare walls are just as much a statement as walls crammed full of things to me. It may be that you're saving up for an art piece from Design Toscano, or you may live in an apartment that has a no-holes-in-the-walls policy.
All of them are interesting in my book, and I welcome those who are willing to let the rest of us step into their homes for a glimpse. I'm sorry if you don't agree.
And hey, I put mine out there, so if I can do it, you can too! ;)

People, who cares about the wall color? Who new all these WoW-Playin haters are also intierior decorators, which would explain why they are also hating on the guitars. Because whoever owns a Dime guitar has has to have huuuuge balls to even play it, let alone walk onstage w/ it (or own 2 of them). (Which obviously our intierior decorators, dont have)
These are the same people who hate on my swift rashazzi cuz they dont have one, and just wanna say 'O the tiger is better' which essentully translates to 'I want one of those, and, I now dislike this person who has one because of my own insecurities and lack of ability.'
Get over yourselves people.
