WoW Moviewatch: Inventing Swear Words 3
You may not need to see Inventing Swear Words or Inventing Swear Words 2 in order to appreciate Oxhorn's latest machinima, Inventing Swear Words 3 (above), but they're both funny and worth watching. (While entertaining in its own right, ISW3 is supposedly a sequel, so you may want to watch the first and second parts to catch up!) And if you find yourself wanting for a higher quality video than what we have embedded above, this video is just what you're looking for!

This is just a minor tangent, but is it possible to start using "target=_blank" when making in articles? The links are supposed to supplement the article you've written, so they should appear in a different window, not take the place of the article you've written.
/end tangent. :P

Yay.....Glad to see the new video is out, all of his are rather good...in spite of the religious messages..

Totally disagree. Don't open new windows. If I want new windows, I can right click and select "open in new window." Links should open in the same window.

I'm laughing my ass off with this one. It's awesome.
The jokes worked wonderfully, and the graphics are good as well.
I love the night elf joke.
And I've always loved the undead guy. Hearing 1337speak being spoken is awesome.

@3&4 double post - that's all well and good, but with the new internet explorer and with firefox, they'd all open as tabs, and from a reading/website standpoint, why would you want someone to leave your site halfway through reading it?
Internal links should open in the same window, external links open in a new window. It's just common sense. Keep the viewer on your page.
Ahoni Sep 11th 2007 12:59PM
Sorry for the double post.
If you open a new window, I close it. You never mentioned tabs. Even then, I prefer to have the choice. Browsers have a back button. Use it.

If I want to open a new page in a new tab I middle click it. I don't like opening lots of new windows, leave it the way it is.

Oxhorn has taking something hilarious and turned it into a *Meh* Musical...at least 3 was better than 2 - sorta.
gundamxzero Sep 11th 2007 2:14PM
It has potential but the voice acting is absolutely HORRIBLE. Enough to ruin it for me.

Your tolerance is appreciated. /sarcasm
If you dont like it, dont watch it.
TotalBiscuit Sep 11th 2007 2:38PM
@2 - God forbid you see someone express their faith through their creative works these days aye? Someone alert the media, there's a Christian out there who doesn't fit into our tired, rotten evangelical stereotypes so we're finding it difficult to justify hating them! Suddenly our trend-atheism doesn't seem so intellectual after all. Woe betide someone mention an idea that you may not necessarily believe in, it's the end of the friggin universe.
/mandatory sarcasm tag for the mentally inept.

I liked it, these guys got a lot of talent and and are really stretching their creativity.
Even so....thats one ugly cow bitch.

I prefer Oxhorn's short short espeically the ones with Associate Professor Evil. But this was pretty funny.
Bobby Hansen Sep 11th 2007 8:29PM
i'm mightly impressed by the video - the production values were extremely high, the effects were nice, and the jokes were funny. I can't ask more. Oxhorn does it again.
Now it's time for a new Associate Professor Evil. Have him destroy all the AFKers in Alterac Valley.

Not a great movie, but certainly not 'bad'. I just didn't find myself laughing, and barely even chuckling, throughout it. I mean, so what if the picture quality is decent? Without some decent jokes or some actual wit, this just falls flat.
Also, I really dislike Oxhorn as a person. He's horribly anti-progress, pro-religion, and has an unfounded fear in all things sexual. Try giving his articles a read. Though, I try to not let my opinion of him as a person sway my opinion of his movies.
And this movie really did kind'a-sort'a.. stink. I get it, they've invented swear words.

I really enjoyed this one, the battle scene kicked ass.. but it also got nice and serious.. and inter-racial kiss!
Sylythn Sep 14th 2007 2:26PM
The cheesy anime bit was the best part by far - I was laughing my ass off!
