If you can manage not to /say (out loud) dumb stuff like "g2g so my bro can use the computer." Or worse... You'll do just fine - come play with us. Just be aware of what your character would know.

I was really nervous when I picked my RP server. (sheesh! TWO years ago) I still kind of stink at improv. I type slowly and badly - so I emote a lot.

...and Addie is quite a lot like me only multiplied somehow, she's more naive and more loyal and more fierce - she's the denmomma and you darn well better not mess with her young'uns! (and her young'uns darn well better do nothing to dishonor the guild!) I'm still not brave enough to RP something I'm not. For instance, my little priestling Aelthena had a twin brother Aelthen... he was a mage - no one knows what happened to him. ::shifty:: (I tried to play a gay BElf for a bit and failed miserably - so I sort of imply that Aelthena got a sex change without bashing anyone over the head with it. It's as close to "not me" as I can manage so far. *grins*)
