The big question is if Shade Can deal out enough damage before he turns into a draknoid (I would consider that defeated. Your not dead, but your completley under control by your enemey, and i consider that a loss. Now, the biggest damage burst would have to be shade's AoE Slow, and His Flame Wreath. We are going to assume that he is a "Dumb Boss" and both of these attacks will hit him. Also, I am going to assume that Chromaggus will not be able to DPS down shade fast enough do avoid his Pyroblast. That's enough big shot of DPS, and also his elementals, to beat him down. But, theres still a big thing in the way. It's chromaggus resistances. This negates (do damage, but negligable overall) shade's normal attacks, leaving shade's hopes up to his special attacks. So my winner would be... duh duh duh...Chromaggus!The reason being is the IFs. IF chromaggus procs Shade's Flame Wreath, IF Chro. gets caught in shade's AE, and IF he gets hit by Shade's Pyro, then I would consider it an about even fight. But, there are to many ifs in this scenario. He most likely will not proc the flamewreath since he is melee, and if he is not a "dumb boss" like I assume, then he can avoid the AE, and since his DPS is pretty impressive (Meele on a clothie?, yes please), It's possible that he could DPS shade down before the Pyro. All this put together, the final test is that even if chromaggus' attacks miss completley, shade won't be able to DPS chromaggus down quick enough to avoid getting all 5 debuffs, and thus lose the fight.
