Honestly for one second assume that there was a player controlling these characters with their given abilities and cooldowns.
If Chromag's "shimmering skin" and debuffs are at all controllable then there would be an uncontested win for the big dog.
Sade however is completely free to use any of his primary damage schools at any time. If one is locked out he can switch to another.
However, despite Chromag's vulnerabilities Shade thankfully doesn't come close to putting out 40 lv 60's worth of damage, and even with Shade's extended HP pool I see him eating dirt long before he makes a dent in Chromag's health. Perhaps 5 shades could do it, but not one.
