Small touches they make that you have to giggle at. When they mock themselves I get the biggest laugh.

The ogres you encounter in the game all talk like grimlock.
"Me Ogre, smash!"
And then you get to Duskwallow Marsh as Horde and you meet the Ogre Shaman who talks to you like a College professor and then tells you to stop gaping at him.

Personally having an engineer named Mac Diver that needs a paper clip, duck tape and a pocketnife made me almost cry from laughter.
