I have to admit, when I saw this particular video come up on the WoW LJ community, I couldn't believe my eyes. But sure enough, it appears that Toyota has figured out that World of Warcraft is a good way to attract the attention of tons of folks. Anyone who has ever seen the original Leeroy Jenkins video knows what they're trying to draw a correlation to. I'd also be willing to bet whoever designed this plays WoW themselves.
In any case, I would bet that it won't be long before we hear "Four wheels of FURY!" and "I am the LAWGIVER!" all over the place.

I saw this on ExtraLife....this commerical is hilarious...and yes, the Loch Ness monster Tacoma advert was the first thing that popped in my head when I saw this.
Although, i do think this might be a sign that WoW has gotten just a tad bit over popular.

As much as I share the ad nausea that many others here have, I still got a good laugh out of this. If a company is going to advertise to me, they better make it worth my time. I don't want a ton of flyers stuffed under my nose, I don't want to see the same commercial I've seen a billion and one times, I want something that will actually stimulate my mind in some way. This ad does it. Will I actually buy a ford now? No. I'm a Jeep person.

This commercial is awesome! If I didn't already have a $600/m car payment on a Dodge, I might actualy give a Toyota serious consideration.
I may have to log into the game now and use one of these quotes!

This line of comercials is totally unreal, unbelievable, and so far beyond the line of false advertising it's almost scary.
HOWEVER, they are funny, and I liked this one!

Here's the thing: while the WoW joke in it is well past its prime, I'm heartened to see that WoW is considered mainstream enough/popular enough to be used in a commercial. I do think that we're not the target audience for a truck, though. :)

There's definitely plenty of people with car/truck buying capabilities/potential that play WoW. So I think we are definitely the target audience for a truck :)

Also, yes, DUH, America gives the most emissions. Since we're kinda the highest population civilized country--aside from the socialist ones like China, where pretty much no one owns anything anyway.
This commercial is awesome. Don't do the THIS SUX WOW I AM KOOL BECUZ I HAET IT thing. It makes you a homo.
