You seem to have confused the idea of taking the total XP needed to go from 20-60, taking 15% and then making it *evenly* spread around the levels with the math of taking 15% of the total XP needed. You're thinking distribution of the numbers, not the origin.
I am quite looking forward to this change. I love having alts, and having already leveled up a priest to help my guild, it'd be nice to have someone else *able* to do so.
