I have to agree with 45. It takes soo long to get to 60 and 70 that even an increase in xp gains of 50% wouldn't change whether someone who cares about learning their class will learn their class.

Conversely, you could make it take twice as long to get to 60, and there would still be people who don't understand their class because they are lazy (or whatever other reason), and don't want to take the time to figure things out.
