You do know its only 15% off? Maybe make that 20% if you count all the extra XP from quests.

So if it takes the first time player 10 days /played (or more) to get to 60, your really only knocking 2 days off that. Not really gonna affect your playing ability. Most people can be good in their level instances from around 30, so this really isn't going to make a difference.

I'm currently a Lvl. 33 lock, and I'm running all over the place finishing quests off, when I really don't know wheres my next compact area to pick lots of quests up, so the new town and 60+ quests is going to be a big welcome for me!
