I'd like to think that that's a conservative estimate.

Ultimately that will depend on just what the XP increase is on quests, as well as how much you grind, and how much you quest. if it's a 20% increase in quest XP, which I don't think is unreasonable, that could push total leveling time to decrease by 25-30%.

Now that's walkin' around XP right there!

But yeah, we will really know nothing until Blizz tells us.
