Everyone really seems to be missing what this 15% extra is all about. Blizz is trying to put a dent in the people who are paid to level char, and curb that, although 15% won't do much to stop that.

My comments earlier that this is a bad idea, is mainly because I have been leveling by myself with quests alone, and have been moving along just fine. Even with the occasional raping in STV, but I wouldn't have rolled a PvP server if I didn't expect that anyway. I currently am leveling 4 char that are in their mid 40's, and at no point have I thought damn i just wanna get to the outlands.
