Just as a side note if you read BRK's blog you should see this. Don't gimp your DPS just to get that 9% hit rating just make sure at a minimum to have about 4-5%. And if you team up with a Draenie Hunter(like me!), warrior, or paladin you also get an extra 1% hit rating.
