Don't quote the coefficient "buff" that is just undoing an uncalled-for nerf.

We use a fucking 10 min CD to reset a 5 Min CD, don't ya think we should be able to ice block?

Rogues: CloS vanish, prep clos vanish.
Paladins: can move and attack while bubbled
Mage: Ice block -> Mass dispel -> dead mage
