I hope there are Ret Paladin changes that aren't on the notes but are in the PTR.

Seriously, they've "focused" on Retribution in 2.3 supposedly. Where all those "less reliance on spell damage" and threat reduction posts just forgotten; the notes compiled too soon?

Hah well, saves me the trouble of re-installing the game.
