2.3 PTR screenshots rolling in

Spoilers ahead, as well-- these guys are pulling out all the weapons from Zul'Aman, so if you don't want to see what all the new drops look like yet, don't look now. If you want to know what I think, I'd rather see this stuff in-game rather than diving in with the Model Viewer-- it's like reading the last page of a brand new novel, in that you might not know exactly how you get there, but you'll already know just what it looks like. The bear mount above isn't that big of a spoiler-- we already know it drops from. But the weapons and armor-- a big part of me wants to wait and see them in Zul'Aman itself.
Still, if seeing the patch laid out in screenshots is your thing, both MMO Champion and World of Raids are going at it, and I'm told we'll be diving in later this evening. 2.3 ahoy! Go test those bugs on the PTR so those of us on the live realms can get it quick!

That mount is life-changing. Such a bitchin ride. As far as the weapons, Id like to see them in game first.
But more so, I wanna see patch 2.3 come. So I can get all this and the fast leveling. So I can finally level my priest past 15.

If Blizz wants to make that Bear Mount more awesome, they better remove that thing that covers the eyes. That's the only thing holding it back for me. It's the defining part of the bear's face(aside from the toothy maw).

Bear Mount has excited me ever since I first read about it. Seeing it in a screenshot is utterly orgasmic.
I'm wondering, will Tauren be able to ride it?...

Bear mount = awesome
But I'm more interested in Zul'jin. He looks so old and not nearly as threatening as he was in the Second War. I wonder when he lost his arm? Curious.. very curious indeed. Hope we get some lore for that period between then and now.

Jeez, what's up with Zul'jin? Looks like he lost an arm, and an eye. And why are his hands and feet different colors? In fact, it almost looks like his bones are showing through. Is he undead now? (Also, I always imagined him being skinnier.)
Flying machines look nice, and that bear mount looks nice and troll-y.

The art is incredible... more details than I'm used to seeing, yet still very wow stylized. I can't wait to see this stuff in-game. I wonder if they have some new model artists?

Ok, so they give us all these great looking mounts with armor and weaponry on them, but when are they going to make so we can fight while mounted?
Who says Casters can't cast, Shooters can't shoot, mele-ers can't mele just because they're mounted? Mounted fighting has occured IRL throughout history. Knights swung mele weapons while mounted. Cowboys & Indians shot guns and bows while mounted. I'm sure casters would be able to cast while mounted; why not?
This would open up special attacks for mounts too. The new bear mount, tigers, wolves, & raptors could all bight and scratch etc... Horses and skeletal horses could kick and stomp.... Kodos could stomp and charge w/ trampling results... Rams could kick and charge with ramming results... Mechanostriders could have some kind of range weapons built into them... Flying mounts could have baskets with bombs in them that can be dropped on enemies...
Talk about new content, especially PvP content...
Just a thought.

Sigh. There doesn't appear to be a single feral druid weapon. Thanks blizz, I love being forced to do arenas for PvE gear, really I do. Only now I can't even PvP with my friends unless I keep my own rating up.

How hot would it be to be riding a bear (and one that's twice it's size to boot! Tauren mounts ftw!) then to jump off and turn INTO a bear?

@15 Try being a moonkin and looking for gear. This addition of nice leathers for the boomy was well-needed. Feral has tons of options.

This may be a dumb question... But how does the engineering flying mount move when it's on the ground? The current flying mounts all have legs...
