It certainly looks likely - Romeo drinks the poison, and Juliet stabs herself with the knife after.

I am continually impressed by Blizz designers' attention to detail. We're so clearing those rooms next Kara trip so I can go see them. ^.^

After seeing so many bit of furniture, buildings, rooms, etc all copy and pasted over and over in WoW, little extra unique detail like this really stands out to me. I thought it was a cool bit of a detail.
