I also think Magtheridon would win, but just barely. His cleave and melee attacks are extremely strong.

Huhuran shouldn't be affected by Mag's quake, and Mag shouldn't be affected by any silencing abilities.

Still Huhuran's poison would do a lot of damage to Mag and I was tempted to vote this a draw.
