The lack-of-leg conspiracy

Several male models in the game seem to be missing a leg. The current lack-of-leg conspiracy is spreading even to certain NPCs, a fact I can attest to because I witnessed poor Harrison Jones with the same affliction in the vestibule to Zul'Aman. To be specific, the illness affects certain boot models, causing them to vanish entirely from the character's left leg. When the boots are removed, the leg assumes it's normal opacity.
Does this mean someone is infecting footwear with invisibility? Will we log in one day to find our heads too have disappeared? We will keep a close watch on this crisis and report to you whatever grizzly details we encounter. Let it be known that WoW Insider will not stand idly by while characters' limbs begin to disappear.

What, no peg-leg boot models instead?
With an absence of legs, a new wooden-leg business would posibly thrive.
Strange how your boot/leg segments are disappeared. Maybe they were tweaking some of the boot codes in development, and forgot to finish the model numbers. Who knows?
We all know that Blizzard couldn't POSSIBLY make a mistake. It must be their servers fault. :P

May I suggest that you possibly meant "grisly" details?

Though grizzly would be appropriate, perhaps, if the victim were a Druid.
And the solution is simple:

What smells like orc shoulders?

I think someone has been messing around with some Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes again...

Paladins finally get to be raid viable, but it cost them an arm and a leg. Or at least the leg.
BTW, don't you just hate it when someone takes an awkward picture of you and posts it on the internet?

No, no, no.....Alliance males are missing their balls, but we all knew that they lacked those a long time ago, when they PVP they run in packs holding hands, like kindergartens on a class field trip. Once one of them dies they scatter like roaches, sorta like when their mom flips on their Barney night light while they get tucked into their sperm encrusted bed sheets.

@Leshrac
Seriously, wtf? What's with the hate man? The first sentence was funny, but it got progressively more immature as you went on. Was the sperm encrusted comment really necessary?
God I cannot wait for wowinsider to upgrade to joystiq like structure, when we can rate comments so we don't have to see puerile commentary as much...

To me it sounds like Leshrac is the one with no balls. I bet he a rogue and the type that goes to Redridge with his level 70 and ganks like mad. And when the victims finially have enough they log into the mains and hunt him down and he cries like a little girl!
Thijz Oct 21st 2007 5:46AM
I bet he does.
But to get back on topic; would be fun if hands or heads disappeared. Floating weapons... Headless Horseman... Anyone?
Lori Oct 21st 2007 5:59AM
The problem is with your PC. Disable your firewall.
Eric Vice Oct 21st 2007 8:32AM
The problem is with the hundreds of thousands of people running the Headless Horseman event. The little known fact is that the Horseman is in-fact infected with a very infectious variant of leprosy which has begun to infect the legs of the inhabitants of Azeroth.
Oh... and #11... it has nothing to do with your firewall. Anybody who told you that should be hung.
Thijz Oct 21st 2007 9:28AM
I think he's kidding, no one can be that stupid right...?

Well, they'd better fix it soon. It is a balance issue, after all.
