@33 I like how your logic requires that the hunter slip in without being attacked at all by the player to wing clip, and then immediately jump out to 40 feet, because I'm not sure how else a hunter would avoid getting a wingclip in without the possibility of slowing things -especially- earthbind and frost shock, which are ranged.

This -only- means that you can't frost nova a hunter or something and sit there at the magic spot and wail away at the hunter without him being able to do anything but stare at you and cry.
