At last, Warriors, you will know the power of a Community Class Review

Warriors, turn and face the community! Once again Schwick has compiled a list of what the EU forums put forth as the issues of a specific class, this time our buddies in plate without mana, the warriors. You've seen what the community had to say about druids, about rogues, priests and hunters. What do they want to see changed for warriors? Here are a few highlights.
Block value
Currently Block values aren't affecting Warriors that much. An idea to make this stat more desirable could be to enhance the Threat levels of Sunder Armor and Devastate based upon Block values. This would also help with the aggro generation on mobs/bosses.
I can't really say I disagree with this one. I'd like to see more done with block.
Improved Mortal Strike
While Mortal Strike is nice, this talent doesn't help much. Most Warriors agree that the reduced cooldown and more damage don't have much affect. Removing this with something more useful might help.
I see a lot of warriors saying this, but while I get the logic that speccing that deep into the tree loses you fury talents like flurry, I still find myself agreeing with WarriorPWNS when he argues for Imp MS. The talent could maybe use a little buff, but it's hardly useless.
If you're keep to see what the posters had to say (including what seems to me to be a lamentable focus on gutting fury of all its good PvP talents in exchange for, well, nothing) then take a look here, s'il vous plaît.

An xp/honor kill should refresh battle shout, similar to how paladin judgments got a refresh buffed would be nice.

There is a reason that very few warriors pick up Imp MS/ER (last statistic I saw, it was the least chosen 51 point talent of any class). The improvements it gives you are so neglegable that they can't compete with fury talents.
Cut to 2.3 where it is no longer necessary to spec into fury to get those same talents (imp intercept and deathwish). I can guarantee that most warriors will not pick it up because it is still laughable at best.
ER was introduced after the 30% rage gen nerf. Shortly after BC, they gave back 25% rage gen and rendered the talent useless. The only way a warrior would actually want to pick this up is if you are raiding as a MS warrior. And even then, why is that player not fury?

Yeah, we definitely need to improve MS. Warriors haven't filled every spot in the top 10 of every battlegroup yet.

I just don't want to lose my deathwish in 2.3... god I don't want useless strikes...

"Yeah, we definitely need to improve MS. Warriors haven't filled every spot in the top 10 of every battlegroup yet."
Close but no cigar and your sarcasm reaks of weakness.
Its Imp MS that needs improvement if Blizz wants wars to go all the way up the Arms tree. Its just not worth the talent points to do that and still wont be in 2.3 because weapon mastery and sweeping strikes(moved to fury) will still be better talents to get for arena than Imp MS or ER.
BTW MS alone is a highly valued tool in Arenas making wars a top commodity. However hunters are getting an MS type skill in 2.3 and will also become a top commodity in arenas.

That is a weaaaaaaaaak review compared to many of the rest.
I think prots need the same sort of dps boost holy priests are getting in 2.3. As you all know holy priests are getting a 1/3 of their +heal now added as dmg. In a similar vein I think blizz could apply a percentage of defense to block value. Doing something like that would boost migitation slightly while also giving prot warrs a dmg buff to shield slam an already hight threat, good dmg ability. Something like this wouldn't make other flavors OP and would help with threat, dps, and mitigation for tanks.
That's a win/win in my book.

I wonder why no one has brought up the viability of protection spec in PvP and in solo play. Blizz has said repeatedly that they want to make all specs viable in all aspects of the game (or something to that effect). Why is it then, that prot warriors have to drop 50 gold to solo and pvp, or sit around waiting for a group?

while I do have IMP MS myself, I do wish the cooldown and the damage bonus were increased a little. 5% at max imp MS is hardly worth it. and now that hunters are getting an MS type ability, they really need to give us a little somethin-somethin.
I mean it just seems warriors are Blizzard's least favourite class with us getting nerfed every other patch.

I was disappointed because I thought this post would be about Poh. Sigh.
