this is aimed, i suspect, at people like me, who named their first ever toon in a rush (eager to start playing, i wasn't deliberating too much over a name that fitted my character, i wanted to dive into the game) and i'm glad i now have the option of revising it.

the whole "licence to be a dick" thing is really besides the point; players like that are going to be dicks no matter what, i doubt this development will make any difference one way or the other. it's nice to have the option, but it's an option that's too cumbersome (and potentially expensive) to abuse easily.

and so what if blizz make money doing it - last time i checked they were running a business. this isn't a COMPLUSORY charge, it's there if you want to use it. why are people bitching about having the choice?
