Well... No. I just got to 80, running 25 mans. And I have a twink for when there's no raiding to do. Arena is stupid. It makes no sense. What's more fun? 10 vs 10 with an objective other than beating on each other, which requires both speed, stealth, and strategy... Or beating on each other? Twinking is actually pretty hard. You need to find enchanters with the special recipes*. You need to make sure you get weapon and item enchants which are most useful for you**.You need to do tons of runs of instances while being careful not to ding 20. You need to find items on the AH and get them, and make sure you're buying the best possible. You need to get the best pets for whichever BG you plan to do***. Need to get the right Glyphs****. Need to get heirlooms*****. Need to decide on which type of twink (I.E which stat you want to focus on) you want to be, stamina, agility, intellect******. It's a lot of work.

*All the enchants are really cheap now due to WoTLK. That means there will be an influx of new twinks. =)

**Fiery, Icy, Crusader aren't as good as you'd think, the +15 1h and +25 2h are better for Rogues and Hunters.

***Spiders are the best for WSG.

****Go with Glyph of Arcane Shot for a Hunter's major.

***** I recommend the Stormshroud Heirloom Shoulders.
