Shaddowz, Hypothermia does not belong in this game. We have the lowest survivability in PvP, and that makes frost our only viable spec. 30 Seconds was already awfull, but skilled mages adapted to it, hardly. Now , increasing it to 45 is devastating, we were crap in 2vs2, now we're nonexistent there. 15 more seconds is an eternity in PvP as the OP said.

Don't compare CloS with Ice Block. CloS is on a 1min cooldown, and you can attack, run, dance, whatever you want in it. We can't do anything. Also, you don't need to spend 21 talent points for it.
