The motivation for the Alliance is simple, they're next.
"I hate you, I hate you all" is clear enough evidence. Zul'jin may hate the elves, but he hate everyone else for helping them whether it was in the past or the present.
It's complicated enough for the Alliance to contest with the Horde, the Scourge and the Burning Legion. Adding the Amani into a growing list of powerful enemies is not a happy prospect.
And so, Zul'jin must die.
