I can tell you, 100%, that my mage never turned in a single heavy junkbox to Ravenholdt =)

The Syndicate rep hit, I believe I got from doing this quest, Northfold Manor http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=681

I remember killing Syndicate Highwaymen et. al. and losing Syndicate rep. But I never turned in any junkboxes.
