If Warden wouldn't be stealthy, someone would have complained about how easy it is to exploit it.So, I prefer it is stealthy.And if you don't trust Blizzard, what the heck are you running their software anyway? If they wanted to the wouldn't need Warden to trash, erase or steal you data. They could just add that "feature" to the next update of any of the bits of executable code you run play WoW and it would have done it's job way before anyone would notice.
