If you can afford it, Cat's Swiftness will actually give you more dps than the other boot enchants. Math on this is a bit complicated, but basically any fight where you spend more than ~5% of the time running around (in other words, basically every fight) the 8% run speed will give you more overall damage.

Also on the topic of boots, the new heroic badge reward ones are better than Edgewalker, and potentially easier to get - I know I went for at least 4 months without seeing a single pair.
