Grats on a nice article, well done. I particularly like how you mark the enchants with separate scores for PvE and PvP .. should be useful for a lot of newer type rogues :)

Personally for my Rogue (I PvE and PvP) I use the following;

Head : Glyph of Ferocity (+34 Attack Power +16 Hit Rating)from the Cenarion Expedition (Revered) on head - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29192
Neck : N/A
Shoulder : Greater Inscription of the Blade (+15 Crit Rating +20 Aattack Power )from Scryers (Exalted) - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28910
Cloak : +12 Agility enchant
Chest : +6 All Stats enchant
Bracers : +24AP enchant
Gloves : +26AP enchant
Belt : N/A
Leggings : +30Sta +10 Agi, Clefthide Leg Armor http://thottbot.com/i29534
Boots : +12 Agi enchant
Weapons : Dual Mongoose ftw
