Your characters should be able to change their appearance - why not? They start small and become "world smart" with the scars to prove it. A little game for the XBOX called Fable did this well and made it quite fun. Blizz could give more options other than dances and hair. Those new options will be cool, but hopefully more will come. I mean come on. Many of us did not choose wisely the first time we rolled right? :D
