You know, Kirrina's also a raid leader, so I can see why you would have more stuff on your interface screen than someone who's just the usual guildie. The center of the interface is clear, and that I like. I would not darken the lower part of the screen, but I like the placement of the buffs and pretty much how the lower part of the UI looks. I would pull the lower outlier buttons lower if possible. Some of the buttons are only used is safe situations, and one can take the time to right click or call them up rather than have them on a visible button. All told, I've certainly seen worse, and for a leading a raid I think this is a good set up. I will definitely do some modifying of my UI.
