Wowhead adds rating conversions

My personal favorite database site has recently updated their item listings with a new feature. While not currently listed on their under development page, Wowhead has started listing the items in their database with the combat ratings converted into percentages, much like another one of my favorites, the RatingBuster addon. You can take a look at the picture above to get an idea of what I'm talking about. In this case, the Veteran's Band of Triumph has +22 critical strike rating which converts to a +1%critical strike chance at level 70, while its +22 resilience rating converts to -0.56% critical damage taken (among other things).
Undoubtedly this relatively small change will make the site even more useful. Rating conversions are especially helpful when comparing gear choices and attempting to decide if a particular item is an upgrade or not. I know I'll be utilizing this new feature when doing just that.

Sorry! I'm putting it up on the Under Development page right now!

Woot! I noticed that you can change your character's level by clicking the rating in the tooltip (like the "1.36% @ L70") although it seems to be smart and adjusts level based on item's level or even the level of the quest an item comes from. Very cool! :)

Ratings Buster is still far more informative, giving things like +spellcrit from int, etc, as well as taking your talents into consideration. Good to see though.

I echo #3's sentiment. RatingBuster is an essential addon since TBC came along and made things all cryptic. It's only a matter of time before its functionality gets built into the default UI. Plus it's WowAce compatible! What else do you want?

Nice change for Wowhead, along with their new Powered by Wowhead (scroll down to the "One-Step Item Tooltips" which is great for all bloggers around).
Also, this doesn't make RatingBuster less useful if, for nothing else, the ability to compare two pieces and do that with what you have on you (or your alts if you use the proper add-ons), so that it's actually easier to see what + and - that piece has in relation to the one equipped.

This is off subject, but since i saw the ring, i might as well ask.
Will be able to use season 2's ring AND season 3's new ring? Or will they make us replace the s3 for the s2.

Following that link, I accidently found out about Wowhead's excellent itemstats-mouseover-links-thingamob!
Just add
in the -section of any webpage, and all links to wowhead items on that page will pop up a tooltip with the item when you mouseover the link!
Excellent!

You should be able to use both rings at the same time.
