More details on PTR Patch 2.3.2
MMO-Champion continues to post up-to-date information from Patch 2.3.2. This time we have additional notes addressing even more class buffs:- Druid Ravage (their high damage postitonal attack from stealth in Cat form) gets a boost in damage from 350% to 385%
- Hunter Aspect of the Viper gets a boost in Mana regen return from 50% of total Int to 55%
- Rogue Ambush gets a dps boost from 250% to 275%
- Paladin Sanctified Judgement has its seal mana cost return changed from 50% to 80%
My best guess is that while many players are breezing through Zul'Aman, something far more challenging is awaiting us when Sunwell Plateau arrives in Patch 2.4.
There are a few more buffs and hard numbers available in the MMO-Champion post. Including the breakdown by Rank of the Shaman spell changes. Check it out for more information.
EDIT: Clarified Ravage description & Sanctified numbers.

Sanctified Judgements actually return 80%, up from 50%. Not 275% / 250%.

"Druid Ravage (their Backstab from stealth in Cat form)"
??? Are you kidding me?!?!
It's the Druid Ambush you silly non-rogue playing git!

I somehow doubt that buffing the damage of stealth-required attack is going to have a significant effect on 25 man raid content.
These are PVP tweaks.

I bet it has something to do with them deciding on some of the new talents/spells we'll be getting in WLK.

I never use Ravage currently, because the maths states that it's better to Pounce then do some combination of Shred, Mangle, Faerie Fire, and possibly Rake, depending on talents and target. That stun lets you get in a very strong position in a short space of time and set the agenda of the fight, crucial for druids who are unlikely to do well if they're constantly on the back foot.

Interesting Merus, I've found in my theorycrafting that the crit chance of ravage and added energy using rake first instead of shred to work in my favor. I only use pounce when i want a few more seconds of healing.

Well, considering how much flak retribution has endured, I think these buffs are well past due.

Breezing through ZA? Not the groups at the appropriate level.

No reporting on the stealth raising of the rogue hit cap?
Junzim Nov 22nd 2007 7:58AM
Maybe a Feral Druid will be able to get me to 80% now out of stealth :D

Hmm, half my post got eaten because of an ASCII heart, so here's the rest:
I (heart) Feral Druids, they smash their fuzzy little face into my reflective shield and shadowguard for about 20 seconds then realize they're at 50% HP, I'm on 90% and my renew is ticking at 800HP :)
At that point they bugger off, or hilariously Bearform Feral Charge me and heal themselves before starting the cycle again.
Discipline + Full Arena + Epic Honour gear = Unkillable Priest for those with paws

lol @ clarifying Ravage:
A high damage positional attack from stealth.
Can't you just go ahead and call it Druid Ambush or Shredx2? Ya sound like Wikipedia.

I could squeal like an eight year old girl at the mage buffs. I went frost last week because the theorycrafting said deep frost with Icy Veins would give slightly better DPS then deep fire (with my gear of course), and I can't wait to try it out. But does anyone know by how much they decreased the cool down on cold snap? I

Buff rogue's ambush? My clothie is not pleased. :)
