PTR Patch 2.3.2 notes leaked
MMO-Champion got their hands on the Patch 2.3.2 notes and they contain many interesting changes. Some highlights include:- "Withdraw Repair Only" control on the guild bank control panel that can be set by rank
- Many buffs (or un-nerfs really) for Hunters we covered in an earlier post
- Mana cost reduction for some Shaman spells as well as a change to how Water Shield restores mana
- Mage buffs we reported on earlier including Ice Block becoming a spell for all Mages and a replacement talent called Icy Veins.
No word yet on when this Patch will hit the Test server.
EDIT: Hortus announced the PTR is coming up later today.
EDIT2: Not leaked anymore! Here's the official patch notes.

"You will now automatically stand up if you are attacked, even if that attack misses."
What about those extra 1-2 seconds to eat/drink!?

Honestly, I expected more brouhaha about this:
"Freezing Trap is no longer limited to one target at a time."

The aspect of the viper changes will make little difference to hunter mana issues. By my calculations, this change will give a well geared hunter an extra ~15/mp5 when completely oom, and much less than that most of the time. And since it's an aspect, switching to it reduces our overall damage, since we lose aspect of the hawk.
Yet in the same patch notes, they massively buff mage mana gems - doubling their mana returned to up to 3000 and let them use them up to 3 times in one fight? How is this balanced?

@6 it shares a cooldown with all other gems. If you can't kill a mage within 2 mins, you have problems.

@6: Not all of us sit in Arenas and Bg's, some of us actually do end-game. Try not to cry about your hunter and look at your raiding mage getting more out of an already bad gem.1 man apot is better than this gem. The gem also shares CD with all other gems, including the additional charges AND Healthstones. If you want to get touchier, look at your hunter.. you dropped dead zone, you can spec to be unCC able, you can cancel casts by Feint death and now have a MS/hamstring effect. Oh yeah and a pet and Mail armor.
