Around Azeroth: Meet Murmur
Deep inside the heart of Shadow Labyrinth lurks Murmur, an elemental the Shadow Council is trying (and failing) to control for their own purposes. If you visit Shadow Labyrinth, you'll find Murmur waiting for you at the end -- the very last boss. Have you taken your chances to get reacquanted with Murmur, as reader Remmy is in the screenshot above?
I think we've all had our chance to be killed by his Sonic Boom! But if you have your own unique shot of Azeroth or Outland that you'd like to show off to the rest of the world, tell us about it by e-mailing aroundazeroth@gmail.com. You could find your pictures and story featured next on Around Azeroth!

my GL ran me with some help through SL for my first part of my Kara key, and we downed Murm here - after 4 tries. A lot of us were new to this sorta thing. The cool thing? He dropped a Primal Nether, non-heroic. Insane.
I won the roll for it, but I passed it to him. He was running Prot for Heroics so he could get nethers for some insane 8 Nether-requiring axe he was big on having... giving it to him would let him go back to speccing as he liked. I passed it to him, despite me probably getting more use out of it with a fancy pair of Surestrike Goggles 2.0 on my just-turned-70 toon. Oh well, now that I'm gearing better, I might be able to get something nice soon.

Ah, Murmur. I'd much rather fight it than Mr Mass Mind Control or Jerkbutt 'Hey, watch me summon a billion elementals that assplode, killing you and healing me!' McOrc'lock.
That said, GET IN THE HUT! GET- ok, well, I'll just go over --> there and you can bandage yourself.
Good times....

Something about the sounds effects accompanying this fight always set my teeth on edge - very weired, and not a little disconcerting.
