They don't paint the figures, the printer will "print" it in color already. Basically, what they do is import your model via the armory into a program similar to WoW Viewer (based off the figures on the site, I think it is WoW Viewer then its exported out), add the base to the image of the figure and then print it. The printer will take about 30-45 min to make the figure and it adds the color in the right spots on each layers. Its a really cool process to watch and the results are pretty awesome.
