Reading this makes me even more glad I powerleveled my cooking before 2.3 came out as I have not found fishing to be an enjoyable profession. As far as getting it up to 375 I don't really see any big need for it as none of the current recipes require more than 350 cooking. Though for current players trying to get up to do the cooking daily this has definitely got to be a drag for them since I'm sure some didn't realize they needed the fishing until they got to that level of cooking.
