/use X-52 Rocket Helmet
Make sure to equip your X-52 Rocket Helmet and allow for its 30-minute cool-down period, Konge reminds, and you're good to go. (And for those of you who vendored your helmet, you can ask the Chief in Area 52 for a new one.) Take note that using the helmet activates a fairly nasty little fire DoT called "To Infinity and Above!" (a reference to Buzz Lightyear's motto from the movie Toy Story). The DoT takes off about half your health in three ticks when you activate the helmet, and it affects other players around you. Use with care!
Players inspired by Konge's post have been putting their own spins on the idea, using their own lines such as "She canna take any more! Eject!" and adding time delays to the process for added effect (and even more emotes). Lots of good times to be had ... Now, if only there were such a thing as a Gnomish Fire Extinguisher!

This is great.
YET another reason for me to build a nice little buffer of gold so I can drop my gathering profession and pick up engineering.
I would guess you could put /use Parachute Cloak or your skyguard drape instead of the rocket helmet, right?

Looks like the helmet doesn't have a sell price. Nor will the Chief give me a new one if I no longer have it. There goes my moneymaking scheme of the day.

skyguard drape has a cooldown on it when you put it on, so you can't equip it and then immediately use it.

If gnomes knew how to put out fires, they'd still have their city!

The X-52 Rocket Helmet also provides a slow fall effect.

Oh man, now I'm even more excited than ever to level my hunter/engie ald. For maximum effect, I'm going to combine this with the
/console pitchlimit 999
command, which allows for upside-down aerobatic maneuvers that put the Blue Angels to shame.

It's sad that you can only add delays to /say, and not to actually dismounting or using the helmet. Otherwise I'd make something like this:
/say She's gonna blow!
/in 3 /say Eject! Eject!
/in 3 /dismount
/in 3 /use A52 Rocket Helmet
