I play an Undead Mage almost exclusively. My friend and I started new characters with the expansion and I almost have my Paladin to 60. I horribly infrequently play a Druid. And there's a certain little lady I park at the AH 24/7 that probably has more /played than all my characters combined...

Ive got my my rogue main, then i have priest, hunter, and a mage. On my other realm i am working on my warrior who is still quite low :(
Jeni Dec 17th 2007 8:09AM
Lessee. I'm alliance first off. My main is a druid. 70. She's my only 70 actually. I have a 41 warlock that I abandoned but will never delete because I like her name. I have a 45 magess that is slowly becoming my favorite... A 26 hunter that I ran all the way up at level 10 to just outside of Silvermoon to tame one of the orange and gold lynxes (I love my guild). A level 20 priestess that will never be played though I like her skin/hair/eye mark configuration....
And I dabbled in blood elves to level 27 when the expansion first came out. I have a little level 10 blood elf rogue too...but I doubt those characters will be anything serious. They're on my 'vacation' server.

If you like the name why not just create another character with the same name.

I play one of every class.
I activly play 4 characters at a time (meaning spending more then 4 hours on them in a 2 day period), though which 4 varies week to week. of course this isnt set in sotne.
Ghen Dec 17th 2007 8:09AM
3-4 at a time. Rarely do I go for more than one main though... the rest are mid-level alts.
White Rabbit Dec 18th 2007 4:30PM
I have a bunch of alts sitting around 20ish, but I have one hunter at 70 who's collecting dust while I'm leveling my rogue, who is now level 55
*shrug* I found myself loving playing a rogue and now he's going to be my main I believe, even when he hits 70 I'll be focusing on him
LostOne Dec 17th 2007 8:19AM
I made one of each class, plus my level 1 banker I parked in Ironforge. I started off doing a rest bonus rotation, when one character ran out of rest bonus I'd move to the next and just worked my way down the list. As time wore on I found I wasn't enjoying certain classes as much as others and stopped playing them. I currently have 70, 70, 64, 45, 30, 27, 24, 20, 16. My top three are hunter, warlock and rogue.

I've got my Tauren main which I simply use for doing level 70 quests to get gold. Then my main play time is split between a rogue (40) and a mage (37) who I'm currently leveling to 60. Once I hit 60 I'll then go back to my priest, level 62 and round him up in time for the next expansion! Confused?! You will be!

70 human warlock (maim)
Blood elf paladin lvl 50, working most of him atm
33 blood elf hunter, he will be my grinding char on horde side since I believe he will do it alot better then my paladin.
22 Blood elf Mage, started this 1 because I just wanted t cloth.
Also have 2 alliance alts but don't like to play with them very much
Wolf Dec 17th 2007 8:22AM
I play a druid, a hunter and a warrior. So I have three different roles to play, which keeps the game interesting.
draeth Dec 17th 2007 8:23AM
62 human war who will most likely remain in hellfire for the rest of his days because he is an absolute pain to level in outlands, 49 human priest thats got all his pvp gear and some twinkish enchants, 22 human mage, 21 dwarf hunter, 12 draeni paladin, and thats just for the alliance. I also have a 43 blood elf pally, which is now what I spend most of my time leveling cuz their awesome, and about 5 other characters that have made it to level 10 or lower and will probably never be seen again. I have a major case of ADD and altitis ive been playing for over a year and no lvl 70 yet

My main is a resto druid for raiding. So I made a mage to do all the dailys and get extra income, and pvp. But I can't get anyone to help my mage do the ogrilla quests. Venture Co. Alliance sucks.
Oilof Dec 17th 2007 8:48AM
Well, I have about five characters that I switch to my main for about a month whenever I feel like it, however, soon I plan to play a gnome warrior almost exclusively, as I'm loving the play style on the PTR. Oh, and I also have an entrepreneur stationed at the Thunderbluff Auctioneer's 24/7, he's a pleasantry I could not live without.
Nixxen Dec 17th 2007 8:35AM
Have a lot of parked/abandoned toons i don't play anymore. Among those are a 60 druid, 60 rogue and 70 rogue (and a heapload of lowlevels and twinks :P)
On my current server i have a mage at 70 that i consider my main. I don't raid with it tho - mostly pvp and gold/item farming.
Also working on a paladin, wich i am levling purely for beeing a pvp healer. Got tired of never having a healer in BGs, or "healers" who prefer to dps(but hey, their toon. can't force them).
Also play a bit on my 29 resto shammy twink. There ain't that many people who go for healing when twinking so he get alot of good feedback ;)
Dipstick Dec 17th 2007 8:40AM
My Paladin was my first character, and is the only one I've played consistently. His primary role is healing - mainly in Arenas. I also build up gear for him to be able to operate in other environments, such as PvE Retribution DPS and battleground PvP, PvE healing and even tanking.
When I got bored of PvE healing on my paladin (and went to PvP), I rerolled to my warlock for PvE raiding, which was great fun, until the guild fell apart. I still love warlock PvE dps, but don't like their PvP style (lack of defense against melee classes) despite the fact everyone says they're OP. I don't play on her anymore since I don't raid (other than badge farming Kara on my Paladin).
My most recent character is a 70 priest, who I'm currently honour grinding S1 epics for. Mainly because Paladins have become obsolete in PvP healing in 2s and 3s, and they generally have more versatility.
So, I have 3 level 70 characters, all of which I love, but I only play on 2 of them.
mcclary Dec 17th 2007 8:37AM
I have undead Spriest as my main. I have one alt at lvl 22 (Tauren Shammy). And then I keep a lvl 1 character for storing mats from each profession (cloth, ore/bars, enchant mats). So 2 that I play and 5 total.
ThorinII Dec 17th 2007 8:38AM
I had 3 main alliance toons, 63 dwarf hunter, 50 human rogue, & 40 NE druid. But, my RL friends and I decided to roll some horde toons on a pvp server, so for tha last few weeks I've been alternating between a 27 BE shadow priest, 25 BE mage, & 16 undead lock.
I'm sure I'll eventually return to my Alliance toons some day. But, not for a while yet.
dpoyesac Dec 17th 2007 8:41AM
After getting my hunter to 70, I've rolled alts of every flavor, just to get a sense of how they play, what their strengths are and (most important!) how to kill them in PvP. But that doesn't mean that I've leveled all these alts -- spellcasters generally get abandoned around level 12 or so. So, it's just my main and a level 48 warrior right now.
I like the playstyle of a warrior, and I figure having a character that fits a specific role in instances will make it easier to find groups. But I've noticed a large number of people who are leveling warriors (and druids and paladins) for the same reason. I guess it is supply and demand: there is a shortage in the supply of 70 tanks, and so lots of people are working hard to take advantage of that demand.

10, plus or minus a few...
Alliance side:
* Main (70 druid)
* Primary alt (ex lvl 19 twink)(currently lvl 46)
* Secondary alt (ex lvl 19 twink)(currently lvl 28, twinked out for potential lvl 29 BGs, if I don't get bored with it. He only gets played when a good friend in another state logs on, so he's kind of in limbo atm)...
* Banker (lvl 1 NE in SW! ran, not portaled!)
* lvl 26ish lock, got bored with him
Horde Side
* lvl 17 warrior, first character I ever created
* lvl 1 name placeholder for a name I like
PvP Server
* lvl 12 warrior, being leveled with a friend and his brother (when the brother logs on)
* lvl 12 rogue, same situation
* lvl 1 banker
I think that's all at the moment...
