@4 /roll is completely fair since no one is given an advantage. Some days you get really lucky and some days you don't. Everyone understands this, so no one gets mad if one party member is getting really lucky.Your idea works if everyone agrees to stay after the run. Many times the run ends late and people just want to go to sleep or back to town. It's really a pain to have to distribute stuff afterwords. Having the whole party /roll after each boss takes 30sec or less, and a simple trade to the winner.
