I dont think this would work at all.. Just walking around looking at it wouldent really be that fun i think.. one of the great things about all the raiding and end-game stuff is that it is difficult and you need to work together with other people to get it done, and just walking around inside not being able to do anything wouldent be vary fun.. And if you then just lower the difficult lvl and the loot lvl it would still not be the same and you would still not be able to really experience the instance
