For Horde, I'm sure it'll probably be from the two zeppelin towers near Orgrimmar and Undercity. They'll just have to modify them to accomodate more zepps.

Or maybe they'll let us get to that zepp tower way up above Org itself (above the flight master) where Thrall's zeppelin is parked right now. That would be really cool, though they would need to add a railing.

I'm guessing that the Alliance will use the ships in Menethil Harbor and possibly Theramore.
