I think part of the problem is that most of the rewards for this stuff are PvP rewards. I'm not a big PvPer. So, while I think it would be fun to take Halaa, or earm marks, or whatever, if all I can spend them on is PvP gear, then I don't want to do it. It seems like they want to include people, then they polarize PvP vs. PvE.
