Correct, the same as everybody else. This has nothing to do with it being a shard, if there's no enchanter in a group everybody rolls on the BoP item anyway, and has a 1 in 5 chance of getting it. Sorry to state the obvious, but since you missed it, the point is that the shard is worth more than the item, so why not give everybody the same chance at something that's worth more?

Again, you have the exact same chance to win as everybody else, so I fail to see what the issue is.
