My favorite memory with the shrink-ray was in Molten Core. By the time the thought occurred to me to try it, we had the instance on farm, and mainly alts were in the raid. So imagine the Main Tank's surprise when I began shrinking Molten Giants. The thought of his confusion still makes me laugh today.

This kind of thing is why I'm such an engineering gearhead. I mean who has a killer story about Alchemy? OK, forging Sulfuras was cool and I'm sure people are impressed with 20 slot bags and all, but they can't hold a candle to the "WTF?!" you get when you turn one of Drakkisath's wingmen into a leper gnome/chicken.
