If the group said before the run than all gear was to be sharded, no matter what it is, then the locks actions were defendable, as thats what the group agreed upon.Otherwise, if this was a normal run with no explicit rules, then the lock acted out of place. Normal Pug rules are need before greed. A gear upgrade always takes precedence before a shard.

Are you serious? If someone wants something - they get to roll on it - period.Besides - if someone said that at the start of a run - that would be the end of the run for me.
