Matt's nailed it. The itemization in there is limited to say the least. That's intentional too. It's a way to stutter step endbosses like Vashj and Kael. It's another sign that they'll lift the Hyjal attunement soon.

The biggest problem is blizz needs to accommodate two progression paths: 10 man and 25 man. They need to stop treat 10 man progression as an afterthought.
